Privacy and Cookie Notice
This notice covers the Dealuxe Global website and opt-in Google Analytics 4 measurement only. Microsoft Clarity, advertising, User-ID, and RFQ form data sent to Analytics are outside this scope.

2. Scope and information involved
Before you consent, the site does not load GTM, GA4, or Clarity, send analytics requests, or create analytics cookies.
After Analytics consent, GA4 may process the page and locale viewed, traffic source, device class, approximate country, and predefined interactions such as page views, scrolling, and link clicks. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, RFQ content, and User-ID are not sent.
The current RFQ form has no website database. Its action opens your email application with a message you review and choose to send. Any later email correspondence is part of the company's business communications, not Analytics.
3. Purposes and your choice
Essential technology is used to deliver and secure the site and remember your privacy choice. GA4 is used to understand visitor counts, pages viewed, approximate countries, and website performance, and runs only after consent.
Rejecting Analytics does not affect core website use. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the privacy-settings control.
4. Providers and international processing
Vercel hosts and delivers the website. Google provides Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 after consent. These providers and their subprocessors may process data in countries where they operate facilities, subject to their processing terms and safeguards.
Dealuxe does not permit GTM to transmit RFQ or contact data and does not enable Google Ads, User-ID, personalised advertising, or Microsoft Clarity in this scope.
5. Retention and deletion
Dealuxe's GA4 setting retains event- and user-level data for 14 months. GA4 cookies have a default expiry of up to 2 years, which browsers may shorten.
The consent choice is stored only in browser localStorage for up to 180 days, after which the site asks again. Campaign information in sessionStorage ends with the session or on withdrawal.
This project uses Vercel Hobby, for which the provider documents 1 hour of viewable runtime logs. Dealuxe does not create a separate application-log database for this website.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The following inventory applies to the current GA4-only scope. GTM does not set its own cookie, and Microsoft Clarity remains disabled.

7. Withdrawal
When Analytics is withdrawn, the site sets consent to denied, removes campaign state and accessible analytics cookies for this domain, and reloads the page to stop the previously loaded runtime. Withdrawal affects future collection. To request deletion of data already held by Google, contact Dealuxe through the privacy email.
8. Rights and request process
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
Email dealuxe.ent@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”, describing the request and enough contact information. The company will acknowledge it, verify identity proportionately, record the handling, and respond without undue delay. A valid access request that cannot lawfully be refused will be handled within 30 days. If dissatisfied, request management escalation through the same address.
9. Children and minors
This is a B2B website and is not directed at children submitting personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent information to the company, contact the privacy channel so it can be reviewed and handled under applicable law.
10. Changes and security
Dealuxe uses data minimisation, an event allowlist, deny-by-default controls, and provider-account separation to reduce risk. If the Analytics scope or providers change, the company will update the version and seek fresh consent where the change is material.
